A Stockholm restaurant for food & travel was recognized at the S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards as "The One to Watch."

Within just two years of opening their Stockholm restaurant Frantzen/Lindeberg, the owners Bjorn Frantzen and Daniel Lindeberg have gained two Michelin stars. The chefs have a unique approach to cooking, where they have replaced traditional menus with "free-form" cooking, based on whatever is fresh and available each day. The result is a restaurant where diners are delighted with unexpected surprises on each visit, featuring intriguing ingredients that were prepared according to the chef's moods and creativity that morning. Brett Graham's London restaurant The Ledbury was also recognized as being the highest new entry on the list, landing in the No. 34 spot for being a small and perfectly realized restaurant in London's affluent Notting Hill neighborhood.
